We're inviting our Active Older Adult community for weekly line dancing at the Y! Whether you're new to this activity or a seasoned dancer, this is a great opportunity to join a fun group!AOA line dancing is open to members only and registration is not required. The events are free.

ELEVATE your fitness with our NEW specialized group training: APEX! This new style of small group exercise is led by certified instructors who will guide you through workouts that are tailored to the fitness level and goals of each person in the room.
