Happy 20th anniversary to the Spring Valley YMCA! Twenty years ago, we opened our doors to our wonderful neighbors and we've loved every minute being a part of this community and serving the members who have become family.

Join us to get our community garden ready for the season! We're looking for volunteers to help us plant, water, weed, and harvest our community garden. All of the garden's bounty is donated to local food banks, hospitals, nursing homes, and Meals on Wheels groups.

Join us to learn a traditional Korean martial art! Tang Soo Do promotes self-defense, fitness, and discipline. Participants will also develop character, mental strength, and respect for others.

Finding a gym or child care center that accommodates your entire family can be difficult. As a result, you may end up with various memberships at different establishments to meet everyone's needs.

We're excited to offer a CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen class for our community! This American Red Cross class combines the convenience of online learning with a shortened practical skills session in order to meet both knowledge and skill objectives for learners.
