Join us to learn a traditional Korean martial art!

Tang Soo Do promotes self-defense, fitness, and discipline. Participants will also develop character, mental strength, and respect for others. This is a practical, effective self-defense tool that can increase your self-confidence and conditioning. Our goal is to develop martial arts skills and the character traits which enable us to feel in control and safe.

Tang Soo Do is taught by World Tang Soo Do certified Black Belt instructors. They are with you through every step of the learning process.

Community members ages 7 and older are encouraged to sign up. Registration is required.

When:

Registration is now open. This class runs 5 times per month on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. Registration is available for each month of the year.

Where:

Join us in our Martial Arts studio at the Spring Valley YMCA.
