Are you a rising high school junior, senior, or recent graduate looking to gain real-world work experience? Join the YMCA Career Exposure Summer Boot Camp—a dynamic, hands-on program designed to equip you with professional skills, career exposure, and paid work experience!
This boot camp is limited to 50 students between the ages of 16-18. Participants will receive a stipend of $1,320.
Program Info:
- Gain hands-on experience in various career fields
- Develop marketable resumes and cover letters
- Engage in professional development workshops
- Work on real YMCA projects in diverse departments
- Receive mentorship and career coaching
- Explore potential employment opportunities with the YMCA and partner organizations
When:
This program runs from June 30 - August 22, 2025 and includes 15 hours per week of in-person work.
The schedule includes working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM - 3 PM.
Where:
We'll meet at the Community College of Philadelphia Main Campus (1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130).
