The Willow Grove YMCA Twisters delivered a powerhouse performance at the 2025 YMCA Pennsylvania State Gymnastics Championships, hosted at the Willow Grove Y from April 4–6. With more than 560 gymnasts representing 15 YMCA teams from across the state, the Twisters rose to the occasion, earning 3 Team Championship titles, 63 Individual Event State Championship titles, and an incredible 40 athletes named to the PA Y State Team. It was a weekend filled with energy, excellence, and unforgettable moments for the Willow Grove program.

The 2025 State Championships also marked an emotional milestone for the Willow Grove YMCA Twisters as we celebrated the final home meet for our graduating seniors: Julianne Rudgunas, Kiera Bruton, Ama Dicastanado, Rebecca Cohen, Allie Krawczyk, and Chava Trachtman, and Allison Lessig.
These remarkable athletes have been cornerstones of our program, leading with grace, grit, and a deep commitment to their teammates and the sport. Their leadership, dedication, and resilience have left a lasting impact on our team culture, and they will be deeply missed on the competition floor. We are so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and look forward to watching them thrive in their next chapter.
