The APEX setup:

This membership add-on is only $50/month and includes unlimited access to APEX Specialized Training classes. Drop-in to any of the 10+ classes on the schedule each week.

Coaches will lead you through stations that feature exclusive functional equipment like Cascade Raptors, TRX Straps, Slam Balls, Weight Bars, and MORE! There are three classes to choose from: MetCon, Strength, and Sports Performance.

What type of classes can you expect?

This high-intensity class will push your fitness limits using a full body approach to metabolic conditioning. Our constantly varied formats will allow you to burn fat & build muscle long after your workout is complete. Paired with a sport specific warm up and intentional mobility routine, this conditioning class is perfect for those who want to take their fitness to the next level in a fun, supportive and action-packed environment.

Train like an athlete and take your fitness to the next level! This class is designed to boost your speed, agility, strength, and endurance, replicating the training exercises professional athletes use to enhance their skills. Each session combines high-intensity cardio and strength training, ensuring a total-body workout that builds athleticism and prepares you for peak performance in any sport. Perfect for athletes or anyone looking to develop their physical capabilities, this class is open to participants aged 10+.

Unlock your full potential in this specialized class, designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and boost overall fitness. Our instructors will ensure proper form, maximize results, and prevent injury. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned lifter, this class will be tailored to your level, offering progressions and regressions to challenge you safely. Each session combines functional movements, compound lifts, and accessory exercises using a variety of equipment like free weights, kettlebells, barbells, and resistance bands.
