Small Group Training is the perfect way to revitalize your routine, regardless of your fitness level. Led by a certified trainer, you'll receive personalized coaching in a smaller class setting, ensuring you stay challenged and make faster progress toward your fitness goals.

Powered by USA Triathlon’s USA Kids Tri, the 7-week YMCA Kids Triathlon program is designed to help your child be ready to complete a Triathlon race in a fun, rewarding setting!
Taught by YMCA and USA Triathlon Certified Coaches, the Kids Tri program is designed to introduce youth to multi-sport opportunities for lifelong success in the sport! This program will focus on general conditioning, along with swim, bike, run, and transition skills to prepare for fun competition in youth triathlon.
Class Time:
Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:15 PM
This high-intensity 45-minute class will push your fitness limits using a full body approach to metabolic conditioning. Our constantly varied formats will allow you to burn fat & build muscle long after your workout is complete. Paired with a sport specific warm up and intentional mobility routine, this conditioning class is perfect for those who want to take their fitness to the next level in a fun, supportive, and action-packed environment.

Train like an athlete to enhance your speed, agility, strength, and endurance! Each workout will replicate the training exercises athletes use to improve their skills and focus on both cardio and strength training for a total body workout.

This program will demonstrate proper technique and will train you on a variety of strength training methods. You will gain strength and confidence.
