Last month thirteen gymnasts from the Phoenixville YMCA Gymnastics team competed in the Lily Smith Gymnastics Odyssey Invitational in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Over 450 gymnasts from the region competed in the meet. The meet featured NCAA standout Lily Smith who attends the University of Georgia.
The Excel Platinum and Diamond teams both won the team titles. The gymnasts won four all around titles and twelve individual event titles. The team hopes to continue their success at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet in Baltimore, Maryland.
