Show off your hard work in the gym during our Strength Competition!
All that time in the gym is about to pay off! We're hosting a strength competition for our community to show off their strength! Compete alongside members of your community, cheer each other on, and celebrate achievements together. Best of all, your registration fees contribute directly to supporting programs and initiatives at the Columbia North branch, helping us continue to serve the community.
We'll be competing in one-rep max on Barbell Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
This event is open to members and non-members ages 15+ and registration is required. The cost of entry is a $5 donation to our Annual Campaign which allows us to provide financial assistance and impactful programming to local families in need!
