The Y provides young people with a place they can go to enrich their lives. Our kids and teens programs cover all kinds of topics, including sports, music, math, and career readiness. All of these programs come at a discounted price to our members. Our Columbia North facility even boasts a Best Buy Teen Tech Center, where kids can develop skills in music production, programming, design, and filmmaking through free hands-on programs. Access to the Teen Tech Center is included in your membership!
Getting active and staying healthy is one of the key components of living well, and our Columbia North Y offers you the gym space and swimming pool to do so as you please. Sign up for any of our in-person or virtual exercise classes — when you become a member, the opportunities are endless — or join a pick-up game in our basketball gym. The Columbia North Y has facility rentals available for your next event or practice! We have a variety of options for clubs and sports teams to rent spaces around the Y. Options include pool, gym, and studio rentals.

We partnered with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to ensure the YMCA is inclusive and available for everyone. Our branch has earned No Place for Hate accreditation through the ADL.
The accreditation comes after a year-long initiative to ensure inclusion in all facets of our YMCA. The initiative was made up of events, pledges, celebrations, and daily acts of acceptance and inclusion.
