Featuring more than 1900 gymnasts, representing the best of YMCA Gymnastics from across the nation, The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center will see three exciting days of competition across all disciplines. Over its 86-year history, YMCA Gymnastics Nationals have launched many athletes into notable collegiate and professional careers in the sport.

Festivities start on June 21st at 3:00pm for the Dream Dance Party at the Villanova Stadium that will feature a live DJ, followed at 5:00pm with a rousing Opening Ceremony at Villanova’s Finneran Pavilion. The program will feature a parade of athletes, as well as a keynote address by Yul Moldauer, a 2020 Olympian and 7x NCAA Champion, who also clinched 2 World Medals. Also at the U.S. Championships, Yul qualified for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team trials taking place in Minneapolis later this month.

Then, get set for flips, spins, leaps, jumps and more on June 22nd from 8:00am to 10:00pm at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, culminating in the crowning of YMCA National Champions.

The YMCA National Gymnastics Championship & Invitational is hosted by the Greater Philadelphia YMCA and the Willow Grove YMCA Twisters, in partnership with the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board. A renowned program, the Willow Grove Twisters has been training local boys’ and girls’ gymnastics for more than 50 years.

“We’re so excited to welcome the very best of YMCA Gymnastics to town”, says Darlene Malone, Senior Gymnastics Director of the Willow Grove YMCA. “The competition will be second to none, of course. But we’re also excited to share the best of our region with athletes and their families, who come from as far away as Washington and California. It’s sure to be a thrilling weekend.”

“We are beyond proud and super pumped to be welcoming the largest ever indoor sporting event to Valley Forge and Montgomery County, PA,” said Mike Bowman, President & CEO of the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board. “Our area is ideal for these large sports tournaments not only because of our incredible facilities, but also because of how family-friendly our county is with so many things to do for kids of all ages.”
