We're so excited to share that we're expanding our program offerings. Check the list below to learn more about new times, new programs, new curriculums, and new age groups!
Brand New Preschool & Youth Classes
Browse new programs for kids ages 3 - 7.
The arts help kids express their creativity while building crucial development tools, such as fine motor, communication, and problem-solving skills. Kids use these skills to make their imagined creations come to life. Being able to think creatively helps kids succeed academically.
Class Times:
Preschool (ages 3 - 5)
- Mondays at 9:30 AM or 4:30 PM
- Thursdays at 10:30 AM or 4:30 PM
- Saturdays at 9:30 AM
Youth (ages 6 - 7)
- Mondays at 5:30 PM
- Saturdays at 10:30 AM

- Wednesdays at 4:30 PM

Youth (ages 6 - 7):

Enrolling your child in the Youth Running Club will help them build physical fitness, discipline, and confidence through regular exercise and goal-setting. It's a fun and supportive environment where kids can improve their endurance, make new friends, and develop a love for running that will last a lifetime.
This program is only open to kids ages 10 - 12.
Class Time:
Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:15 PM
Science programs for kids are a great way to help children make sense of the world around them. Children can engage in hands-on experiences, explore their surroundings, and conduct experiments with the help of instructors.
Class Times:
Preschool (ages 3 - 5):

- Wednesdays at 9:30 AM
Youth (ages 6 - 7):
- Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
Brand New Futsal League
Futsal is a modified, high-energy form of soccer. Unlike other forms of indoor soccer, futsal is played without walls or boards, using a smaller, low-bounce ball to encourage skillful control and teamwork. Players stay active as they develop crucial soccer skills like passing, dribbling, and decision-making in tight spaces.

Same Class. New Time!
We heard you. You loved this program but it didn't fit in your schedule before. Now you can register your kids for the same great program at a brand new time!
Enrolling your child in NFL FLAG Football will introduce them to the fundamentals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical activity in a fun and safe environment. This program helps young kids develop coordination, motor skills, and a love for sports, all while having a blast with friends.

Youth (ages 6 - 7):

Our floor hockey program helps develop their motor skills, coordination, and teamwork while having fun on the rink. This active and engaging sport introduces young kids to the basics of hockey in a safe, supportive environment, fostering a love for physical activity from an early age.
This class is open for kids ages 4 - 5.

Brand New Training Program
Boost your athletic potential with the YMCA Sports Performance Training program! Designed for athletes of all levels, this class focuses on developing strength, speed, and agility to help you dominate your game.
Class Highlights:
Strength & Conditioning: Build power, endurance, and functional strength.
Agility Training: Sharpen your ability to change direction quickly and efficiently with focused drills that improve balance, coordination, and footwork. Whether on the court, field, or track, agility is a game-changer!
Explosiveness: Develop explosive power for sprints, jumps, and dynamic movements.
Injury Prevention: Stay game-ready with exercises designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and core stability.
This class is open to aspiring athletes ages 8 - 10.

Registration is NOW OPEN for these amazing programs.
1. Login to your online account.
Have you activated your account since October 1, 2024? If not, follow the steps on the page below to activate your new online account before moving to step 2.
2. Click on the Program Registration Tab at the top of the screen.
3. Filter by your local Y location by clicking the (Change) button above the filters.
4. Click the Filter tab and select your desired filter options, including "Winter 2025" in the Session field.
5. Click Apply Filter to browse programs.
6. Click through the options and follow the prompts to register for a program.
7. Get ready for a fun season ahead!
