The Willow Grove YMCA Twisters girls gymnastics team kicked off their 2023 season in impressive fashion at the Eastern Pennsylvania YMCA Girls Gymnastics League (EPYGGL) competition held right at their home turf on November 4th and 5th.

The transition from high school to college is bigger than you may expect. Those in high school who plan to attend college may want to better prepare themselves by participating in a college readiness program.

The Y is more than a gym. It's a community center! We love our members and their wide variety of interests and hobbies! That's why we host clubs for our members to enjoy. These clubs are FREE and open to members of all ages. Registration is not required.  

We're excited to offer a new gymnastics option for kids! Whether they're just beginning to explore the sport, want to practice their skills, or you're interested in letting them explore the gymnastics room, Open Gymnastics is the option for you!

As I reflect on the past three years of my life, if I were to sum things up in one word, it would be: grateful. Incredibly grateful. My journey has been emotional, raw, powerful, scary. And, within all of that, there were some real moments of strength.
