Our Wellness Retreat will provide a structured, supportive space where you can step away from everyday demands and distractions. Attend seminars, try group exercise and meditation classes, and connect with other participants. This retreat offers a way to rest and recharge to start the year off right!
This retreat is open to members and non-members and registration is required.
Proceeds benefit our Financial Assistance Program, which aims to connect members of the community to a healthy lifestyle and impactful experiences that support positive growth.

This retreat will take place throughout the Willow Grove YMCA.
Cost:
Half-Day Retreat (regular ticket): $75 - includes lunch and all activities from 12:00 - 4:15 PM.
Full-Day Retreat (upscale ticket): $150 - includes all activities (lunch, healthy happy hour, and an upscale gift bag)
Bring a Friend and save! When registering two people, tickets are $120 for half-day and $240 for full-day.
