We're celebrating intentional movement, bringing back some popular group ex classes, introducing NEW classes, highlighting nutrition tips, and adding some excitement to classes with team teaches!
Wellness Week is FREE and open to members. Registration is not required for any classes.

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

8:00 AM - BODYPUMP with Carla & Nicole
BODYPUMP, THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, is a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
2:15 PM - Trim & Sculpt with Dovita
This body conditioning class will tone, firm, and reshape your entire body by reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle. The workout is fast-paced and challenging with motivating music that will help you improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance without adding bulk.
3:00 PM - Stretch & Balance with Dovita
Exercises in this class will challenge and improve functional balance of varying levels. Equipment may be used depending on ability. Enhance your day with improved flexibility and balance while creating calm and relaxation.
7:00 PM - BODYPUMP with Mariam & Dovita
BODYPUMP, THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, is a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
8:00 PM - LES MILLS CORE with Mariam

2:00 PM - Women and Weights with Monique
This program is guided by a Fitness Coach who will demonstrate proper techniques and allow you to become familiar with and engage in a variety of strength training methods. Through this program you will gain strength and confidence.
6:00 PM - Afrobeats Dance with Rasaq
Afrobeat's is a one-of-a-kind dance and mindfulness class where you will be introduced the world of dance and wellness through an innovative mix of African culture, eclectic music, fitness, and fun.

12:45 PM - LES MILLS CORE with Mariam

You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
New to exercise or a seasoned veteran? Anyone can benefit from a fitness consultation! A free consultation is included with your membership. We recommend you complete this in your first 30 days after joining so you can get started with your routine safely and effectively.
