Lesson Information
Synchronized/artistic swimming is a team sport, even during lessons. We offer two levels of lessons: beginner and advanced. In the beginner class we are giving the swimmer all the basic building blocks of the sport.
To move on to advanced lessons, we look for a swimmer who shows several basic skills: body control, body extension, endurance, and attention.
Before joining the team, we prefer swimmers exceed the advanced lesson criteria. The Y offers monthly lesson options for interested swimmers.
