We're hosting a relaxing outdoor yoga class for our members to enjoy!
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle and join us for a class by the outdoor pool. Experienced instructor, Christy, will lead the class through a series of flows, poses, and breathwork exercises.
This event is free to members. Registration is not required. Outdoor pool memberships are not required. Please bring your own mat.

Yoga will be held by the outdoor pool at the Spring Valley YMCA.
