Join us for Turkey Trot Training Camp, a series of workshops that will help you gear up to run!
Whether you're getting ready to run the YMCA Gobble Wobble 5K race or you're looking for support in getting started on your running journey, we invite you to join us to learn from local experts!
The workshops will give beginner to intermediate runners tips, tricks, and training techniques to help improve their time and feel more prepared to run a 5K.
Workshops are free and open to members. Registration is not required. Participation in the Gobble Wobble 5K is not required.

October 18: Let's Get Started!
Larry, a Y Instructor, will share what you need to know about preparing for a run. Bring your running questions for a Q&A session!
October 25: Stretch & Recovery
Dr. Peter Ly, DPT, will be here to cover the importance of stretching and recommend recovery techniques.
November 1: What's Next?
Thinking about future runs? Larry will discuss training tips and the best way to increase your distance and set achievable goals.
