Grab your partner—whether it’s your Valentine, bestie, or gym buddy—and get ready to lift, laugh, and love your way through this fun and dynamic Pop-Up Partner Workout!
Using TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, and other equipment, you and your partner will push, pull, squat, and swing your way through paired exercises that challenge your strength, coordination, and teamwork. Expect high-fives, lots of laughs, and maybe even a little friendly competition!
This FREE class is open to Y members. Registration is not required.
