Learn more about preventing falls during our educational seminar series!
We're hosting a series of seminars geared toward our Active Older Adults to address the prevention of falling. We will cover important skills that will allow for better recognition of fall risk factors as well as interventions to improve quality of life and functional independence.
This series includes four one-hour class sessions. There will be homework to complete between sessions as well. Your registration will reserve your seat in all four classes of this series.
This event is free, open to members only, and registration is required.

This series will be held in Studio B at the Spring Valley YMCA.
