Spend Friday evenings with your friends at the Upper Perk Y! We're excited to share we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 15+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!

We are hosting a community vendor and maker's market at the Y! Stop by to meet tons of local vendors and browse incredible locally-created goods and gifts before the holiday season rush begins! 

We're hosting an outdoor play day! Join us on the playground located behind the Y for music, crafts, and free play time with friends!This event is free and open to members ages 0-12 only. Registration is not required.

Get ready for an evening of friendly competition! Join us for the CornBowl, our annual cornhole tournament at the Y! Find your teammate and sign up to compete for bragging rights!

Rocky Run Brew Ha-Ha is Back: Bigger Brews, Better Vibes & More Fun! This year, we’re giving Brew Ha-Ha a fresh new twist.

Have an evening to yourself and bring your kids to the Y for a fun Kid's Night Out! As a parent, you deal with a lot of stress and we want to give you and your family a night to relax and have fun! 

We're celebrating the fall season with a special outdoor exercise event! We'll move through a Qigong practice. This event is open to members and non-members. Attendees should wear comfortable layers according to weather.

Members, join us for an informative presentation about heart health and seniors facilitated by Dr. Walker from Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The presentation is followed by an opportunity for questions.This event is free to attend. Registration is required. Lunch is provided.
