Spend Friday evenings with your friends at the Upper Perk Y! We're excited to share we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 15+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!

Start your day with our cycle instructors and a morning of black light, glow-in-the-dark, high-energy cycle classes! Wear your best black light attire. Glow sticks will be provided. 

We're hosting a blood drive to support the American Red Cross! Blood drives benefit patients who need surgery, victims of car accidents, patients fighting cancers, and other emergencies.

Explore mind-body wellness during this immersive wellness retreat at the Y! Our Wellness Retreat will provide a structured, supportive space where you can step away from everyday demands and distractions.

Have an evening to yourself and bring your kids to the Y for a fun Kid's Night Out! We have great activities planned for your kids to explore their creativity, engage in active play, and make new friends.
