Parents, start making your Valentine's Day plans and register your kids for Kids Night Out at the Y! Kids (ages 4 - 11) can socialize, do arts & crafts, watch a movie, enjoy pizza dinner, and more!Registration is required. This event is open to members and non-members. 

We're inviting our Active Older Adult members to join us for a seminar covering fall prevention and balance. We'll discuss areas of your home that can be problematic and how to address them. The seminar ends with balance screening.

Learn a life-saving skill for free! We're hosting FREE CPR training classes in partnership with The Mobile CPR Project.

Spend Friday evenings with your friends at the Upper Perk Y! We're excited to share we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 15+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!

Be a hero for a neighbor in need! Give blood! We're partnering with American Red Cross to host blood drives at the Y. Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer.
