Give blood and give back to support our neighbors in need! We're partnering with American Red Cross to host a blood drive at the Y.  The American Red Cross is in critical need for donors.

Show off your hard work in the gym during our Strength Competition! All that time in the gym is about to pay off!

We're hosting a relaxing outdoor yoga class for our members to enjoy! Bring your yoga mat and water bottle and join us for a class by the outdoor pool. Experienced instructor, Christy, will lead the class through a series of flows, poses, and breathwork exercises. 

Join us for an indoor triathlon to benefit our community programs! We're hosting a Triathlon for beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between! This event is open to racers ages 6 and older, though swim bands are needed for kids ages 16 and under.
