Celebrate summer with a sweet treat! We're welcoming Kona Ice to the outdoor pool for a fundraiser to support our Upper Perk YMCA Swim Team! Kona Ice will donate a percentage of all sales to our swim team.

Join us for a summer fitness party like no other! We’re bringing the heat — and the cool down — with two fun-filled workouts back-to-back! Come for one or stay for both! 

Active Older Adult members, join us for a seasonal celebration and picnic! We will supply the hotdogs and drinks. Please feel free to bring a potluck dish to share. Luau attire is encouraged!This event is free and open to members ages 50+ only.

Join us for a summer holiday celebration! We're inviting our Active Older Adult community to join us for Christmas in July! We will have an optional gift exchange ($10 or less) and other celebrations! Registration is required.

Join us to see an amazing musical in Lancaster! We're hosting an Active Older Adult trip to the Sight & Sound Theatre to see "Joshua" the musical. We will have lunch at Shady Maple Smorgasbord as well.This trip is open to members and non-members ages 30+. Registration is required.

Show off your hard work in the gym during our upcoming bench press competition! Participants will compete in weight-class divisions, with men and women judged separately. Lifters will have three attempts to successfully complete a lift, and the highest successful weight wins their division.

Let's spend Saturday afternoons with our Rocky Run family! We are now offering FREE Family Activity Days at the Y each month. We invite the whole family to join us for a fun afternoon. Each Saturday will have a new themed craft or activity.

Parents, start making plans for a night off! We're offering Kids Night Out at the Y. This event is an opportunity for parents to make time for themselves and enjoy a nice dinner, time for relaxation, or a moment of peace and quiet.
