We believe that every child should have the opportunity to lead a healthy life! That's why we're hosting Healthy Kids Day! This event aims to share resources with our community that promote youth development and healthy living.

Join us for an afternoon of fun for the entire family! We will have tons of activities, and community partners bringing games, crafts, and prizes!

Participant update: this event has moved! We're hosting our annual egg hunt as part of our Healthy Kids Day on April 26, 2025. 

Be a hero! Donate blood to American Red Cross! We're hosting a Blood Drive in partnership with American Red Cross (ARC). There’s no substitute for blood. When a patient receives blood, it was given in advance by a generous donor. 

Learn about local resources for health and wellness at our Health & Wellness Fair. The fair is open to the community and registration is not required.

Healthy Kids Day is an annual celebration hosted by YMCAs across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families. We'll offer a variety of activities and resources to promote play, nutritional eating, and inspire a lifetime of physical activity and healthy living.

Get ready to move and groove! Family Zumba is now on the group exercise schedule every month! This class is FREE and open to members ages 4 and up. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
