We're inviting St. Luke's University Health Network and Penn Foundation Behavioral Health Services for an educational seminar about mental health. Join us to learn tips and tools for supporting mental wellness as well as ways to reduce the stigma around mental illness.
Our speaker is John Illingsworth, LCSW Clinical Coordinator, Psychotherapy, St. Luke’s University Health Network. His presentation is part of St. Luke's Mental Health Mondays initiative.
This event is open to the community and registration is not required.
