Healthy Living
Pursue your fitness interests at our gym in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. If you want traditional cardio and weight training, you can visit the fitness center. For those who love working out with a group, this Y has multiple classes daily to suit members of various experience levels and interests. Our friendly and experienced instructors make every class fun and educational.
This Y features activities like volleyball, basketball and pickleball. You can also try out boxing, relax in the sauna, or take your kids to the outdoor playground. If you are interested in walking or running we feature an 0.1 mile indoor track and a 0.6 mile outdoor track around the branch. Even if you can't make it here every day, you can stay active with virtual at-home workouts.
Swimming & Water Exercise
Lap swimmers at every level, from novice to experienced, can check out the lap pool during open swim hours to practice their strokes and get some cardio exercise. If you're looking for a light exercise activity, you can try water walking. This activity lets members use the accessible pool for improved mobility.
Want to swim for fun or teach your children how to swim? Our family pool is perfect for you. We also have a swim team where your children can take their skills to the next level while participating in various competitive meets.
During the summer, you can also visit our outdoor pool for a refreshing escape from the hot sun. The pool deck includes plenty of space, a splash pad and a waterslide for extra fun. Our swimming pools have everything your family needs.
KidZone
Your Y membership includes free child care services. We provide a KidZone area for kids ages 3 months to 11 years to help you dedicate time to a healthier life. Join a class or visit our fitness center and enjoy knowing your child is cared for and safe for up to two hours.
