Our youth fitness programs are designed to develop our children into physically strong kids but more importantly into kids of good strong character. The Y’s goal is to provide safe, effective physical activity programs to help keep kids moving while having fun!
Our Wellness Coaches will assist you in getting familiar with all of our exercise equipment and program options. Your Wellness Coach will discuss your wellness goals and help you establish a beginning program. Three complimentary appointments are available for new and existing members. Group Exercise Classes
Our FREE Group Exercise Classes offer a variety of exercise options and intensities for ages 12 & up. Instructors may use discretion with youth using bikes or other equipment where size may affect safety. Visit our Group Exercises Classes page for more information and class descriptions.
