I have always enjoyed staying active! I was a dancer all my life and loved it! When I moved from Delaware to Pennsylvania to attend Ursinus College, I was nervous to venture to a new dance studio, so I began taking group exercise classes on campus and was really good. So, I was encouraged to get certified. I started teaching my second semester freshman year on campus to the students, faculty, staff and even the football team during pre-season. Fast forward 22 years, I am still in fitness and I love it!
