LIVESTRONG™ at the YMCA
The YMCA in partnership with the LIVESTRONG Foundation has created exercise and wellness programs for those who are undergoing treatment or who have survived cancer. The hope is to recreate the normal before cancer by building back the body and mind, while also creating a sense of community with other members who are going through the same difficulties. Mt.
