Eat Move Live Well

A program designed to provide the participants the resources to begin their wellness journey. The focus will be on eating healthier, body toning and losing weight in a manner that can be sustained.  This is not a diet or a “quick fix.”  An exercise program will be provided, food logs reviewed and the support and accountability of a certified personal trainer. The group will meet weekly.


-Must have a BMI of 28 or more

-Must be a Full Member

-Ages 18 and up

-6 week program with option to continue

When:     Begins February 1, 2016
