Yoga (Ages 13+)
This class challenges the body and mind through strenthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. A gentle warm-up begins this class, easing into various postures with an emphasis on conscious breathing. Flexibility, strength, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. *** Please bring your own yoga mat if you have!

Trim and Sculpt (Ages 13+)
This 45-minute class starts with a warm-up, works all the muscle groups of the body with resistance training using weights and bands, and finishes with core work, and a cool-down. Suitable for all levels.

Tai Chi (Ages 13+)
Get your body, mind and spirit in balance. Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art with flowing movements which develop the body and mind by coordinating movement, breathing and concentration.

Stretch and Abs (Ages 13+)
A workout focusing on strengthening the abdominals and lower back. Core muscle training promotes proper posture and movement, aiding in the prevention of injury

Step N Pump (Ages 13+)
A cardio workout done on a specially designed stationary bike simulating a road bike ride. It is a fun way to exercise to music. Challenging to all fitness levels.

Stability Ball (Ages 13+)
This class will include quick strength training intervals which will increase your heart rate and burn calories. Come and experience a different way to work out and develop balance and coordination.

Pilates (Ages 13+)
This mind-body workout focuses on strengthening the core muscles (abdominals, low back, and gluts), with an emphasis on breathing. A variety of exercises designed for beginner to advanced will enhance your own body awareness, posture, strength, and flexibility.

L.I.F.E (Low Impact Fitness Experience)
A beginner/low impact class which combines cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, balance and core training to music in a supportive setting.

Kickboxing / Kick N Sculpt (Ages 13+)
Cardio Kickboxing combined with strength training. A total body workout designed to focus on cardiovascular conditioning and overall body coordination.

Hi-Lo (Ages 13+)
This class combines low impact floor moves (with the option to make movements high) with 15 minutes of abs and stretching. It is suitable for all ages and sure to get your heart rate going!

Body Step (Ages 13+)
BODYSTEP is an atheletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, atheletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages!

Body Combat (Ages 13+)
BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

Boot Pump (Ages 13+)
Body pump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes body pump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45 minute to 1 hour workout! You will use a step platform, a bar, and a set of weights.

Basketball Rookie League (Ages 5 - 8)
Program is designed to focus on having fun in a safe but competitive basketball league environment. Everybody plays in YMCA sports.

Little Gymers (Ages 2 - 4)
Children participate without the parent in this completely structured and engaging gymnastics class. Strength, flexibility and agility are increased as our teachers continue to introduce new gymnastics skills through circle time andobstacle courses.

Kids Fitness (Ages 5 - 13)
Bring your kids ages 5 to 13 years for a great workout. They will be challenged and have a great time while working out. This class incorporates every area of fitness in 45 minutes.

Junior Tumblers (Ages 7 - 11)
This Program is the first developmental level of YMCA instructional gymnastics. The skills taught are appropiate for a student taking gymnastics for the first time. Accomplishing the skills will give the student a positive attitude about physical activity and should motivate the student to continue in gymnastics classes at the next level.

Youth Karate & MMA (Ages 6 - 14)
Program is designed to focus on having fun while learning the basic disciplines of karate.

Soccer Pre-School League (Ages 3 - 4)
Program is designed to focus on having fun in a safe but competitive indoor soccer league environment. Everybody plays in YMCA sports.

Soccer Winners League (Ages 9 - 12)
Program is designed to focus on having fun in a safe but competitive indoor soccer league environment. Everybody plays in YMCA sports.

Youth Sports
Youth Sports Classes are designed to develop a child’s social and physical skills through the use of creative games and activities in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment .
