Class times and instructors are subject to change based on class size and availability. Bring your kids to class! Pick up a “Kid-Friendly” Group Exercise Schedule at the Membership Desk to see what classes are appropriate for what age-groups.
Signing up for classes is easy… arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of class and sign up a the front desk. Space is limited and is first-come, first-serve.

Wellness Center Equipment Orientations
An equipment orientation is recommended for all members to learn proper techniques and use of equipment. Three FREE appointments are included with a membership. A YMCA certified Wellness Coach will show you everything you need to know!

Youth Wellness Center Guidelines
Youth ages 10-17 are permitted to use the Wellness Center after attending 2 orientations with a Wellness Coach and with a trifold signed by a parent/guardian. Youth ages 16 and up are permitted to use the Free Weight Room as well.
After successfully completing two wellness orientations 10-17 year olds will have a special “hole-punch” on their membership card. The membership card MUST be brought into the wellness center when exercising.
Youth ages 10-15 are only permitted in the Wellness Center when a Wellness Coach is on duty. The hours are posted in the facility.

KID’S FITNESS INFORMATION
Kids Fitness Equipment:
Kids Fitness Equipment is available for kids ages 8 -12 years in the Wellness Center. No orientation is necessary. Parent/guardian MUST remain in the Wellness Center while child is exercising and children must be signed in at the wellness desk. Limit 30 minutes.
Body-Rox:
Body Rox is a 12 week program. It is designed to encourage your child’s intuitive eating, body acceptance while promoting an active lifestyle. This program is run by specialists in the fields of nutrition, counseling and exercise physiology. There is no exercise testing or diet. Each session will include a workout geared towards children, a light dinner prepared by kids and parents together and a “hands on” nutrition educational session. It takes place on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm.
Cost: $100 per 12 week session for Full Privilege members and $150 per 12 week session for Program members. Fee includes cost of dinner each session.

**Along with the Wednesday evening class each child should attend either Monday (5pm) or Friday (6pm) Kid’s Fitness Class. A parent does not have to be present for the Kid’s Fitness Class but must remain in the building.
Kids Rock Climbing Wall:
The Rock Climbing wall is open for use with no time restrictions to all members. The only time it can not be used is if a program is going on such as youth sports, birthday parties, day camp, etc. The wall does not need to be supervised by staff but parents must remain in the gym with children under the age of 13. Anyone using the wall improperly will be asked to discontinue use. If you have any questions please contact Mandy at x2122.

Dance Instructions
This class combines low impact aerobics and popular dances for a unique workout. The Charleston, Disco, Soft Shoe and Latin dances will be the focus of this special class.

Gymnastics
Come check out our huge gymnastic center. For Adults 16 and up.

Tour de France Incentive - Spinning
A cardio workout done on a specially designed stationary bike simulating a road bike ride. It is a fun way to exercise to music. Challenging to all fitness levels.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements to exercise the body, mind, and spirit and is enjoyed by most people regardless of age or physical ability.

Body Step Launch
BODYSTEP is an atheletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, atheletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages!

BodyPUMP Launch
Body pump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes body pump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45 minute to 1 hour workout! You will use a step platform, a bar, and a set of weights.
