Aven-Leigh participated in many YMCA activities as a child until she found her true passion, competitive swimming. Having been a member of the Hatboro Hurricane swim team for seven years has helped her to understand what it is like on both sides of the pool. Aven-Leigh enjoyed helping out with younger swimmers as a junior coach in the summers. She currently is enrolled at Bryn Athyn College where she is majoring in Math and Computer Science. When she is not at school or at the pool, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, good books and playing women’s Ice Hockey.
