A variety of exercise options and intensities are available for all fitness levels. The following icons will help you select the best class for you:

B = Beginner, I = Intermediate, A = Advanced

Abs (B I A)

A workout focusing on strengthening the abdominals and lower back.  Core muscle training promotes proper posture and movement, aiding in the prevention of injury.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (B I)

This low-impact class, using exercises developed by physical therapists, can be taken either sitting or standing. This gentle, joint safe exercises help relieve stiffness and decrease arthritis pain.

Balanced Fitness (B I)

The goal of the Balanced Fitness class is to help prevent injuries from falls.  The classes/sessions will focus on exercises that improve lower body muscle strength, visual acuity, neck flexibility and ankle dexterity.  To further enhance balance and stability the classes will also include a focus on functional strength, active stretching and core training.  This class has been developed in collaboration with Moss Rehab balance specialists.  Fee: $25 for a 4 week session

Bokwa (B I A)

This exercise dance class combines cardio conditioning, strength training and flexibility, integrating customary African dance with boxing maneuvers.  Routines build from week to week, as the class creates dances combining the steps they learn

BodyPumpTM (B I A)

BODYPUMP is the fasted way to shape up and lose body fat.  It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.  The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.  You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

BodyPumpTM + Step (B I A)

Shape up and lose body fat in the toning and conditioning class, starting with a Pump Express workout followed by energetic step aerobics using weights, a step, and a bar to develop strength and confidence.

BodyStepTM (B I A)

BODYSTEP is an athletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear.  Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, athletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages.

Body Toning (B I A)

A tone and trim workout with high repetitive movements, utilizing hand weights and focusing on the entire body.  This class keeps you engaged with an ever-changing variety of exercises focusing on the entire body.

Boot Camp (I A)

Give your old workout routine the high intensity boost it has been looking for.   With a combination of calisthenics, cardio, and strength, this class is a sure way to get in shape while building camaraderie in a group environment.

Breathe & Stretch (B I)

Instructor will gently guide you through the fundamentals of breathing and stretching with the use of Pilates straps, leading to improved flexibility and overall well-being.

CXWorxTM (B I A)

CX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower bod.  It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Dance for PD (for persons with Parkinson’s) (B I)

High Cardio Dance (I A)

A high energy non-step cardio groove workout guaranteed to make you break a sweat!

Insane Intervals (I A)

Work out in higher intensity, shorter duration timed intervals for max interval training.  Plyometrics, upper body resistance, cardio recovery to help you make the most of this 45 minute class.

Kickboxing (B I)

A total body workout designed to focus on core strengthening, cardiovascular conditioning and overall body coordination.

Koga Fitness (B I A)

This exciting new class is a combination of Yoga and Kickboxing, connecting your mind with your body.  Koga involves mental and physical concentration resulting in greater flexibility, increased muscle toning and shaping, refined balance, improved cardiovascular function, increased lung capacity and overall decrease body fat.

L.I.F.E (Low Impact Fitness Experience) (B)

Combination of cardio, strength, endurance, balance and fl exibility. Recommended for beginners and older adults.

Pilates (B I A)

A mind and body workout that focuses on strengthening thecore muscles with an emphasis on breathing.

Senior Strength with Free Weights (B I)

This class is designed to increase overall strength and stability to help combat losses in bone, muscle and balance.  For ages 55 and older.

Silver & Fit Experience®

Silver & Fit Experience is for moderately active older adults who exercise in some way one or two days per week.  The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

SilverSneakers® Classic (B)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Yoga (B)

SliverSneakers Yoga will move our whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Strength Training – Women (I A )

Supervised strength and balance workouts, in a motivating, small group environment. Limit 8. Fee: $35

Stretch Class (B I)

Stretching is important after a tough workout.  During this class you will be treated to a cool down with simple stretches and relaxing music.

Tai Chi (B I A)

A series of gentle movements that stimulate, circulate, and balance internal energy. Beneficial results are obtained regardless of age, physical condition or ability.  Come relax your body while focusing your mind.

Yoga Basics (B I)

Start at the beginning, learning the fundamentals of yoga including breathing, poses, and relaxation while engaging mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga (B I A)

This class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing.  Flexibility, strength and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body, and spirit work together in harmony.

Zumba® (B I A)

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the ZUMBA participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” encouraging Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness Program and achieve long-term health benefits.  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the bod and the mind.

Zumba® Gold (B I)

Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: Baby Boomers.  It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pracing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their jouney to a fit and healthy lifestyle.  What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere.  Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule.


Spinning® (B I A)

A fun cardio workout done on specially designed stationary bikes to music simulating a road bike ride. A certifi ed coach guides riders through hill climbs, sprints, flat roads and more. Classes are designed for all ages and abilities, novice to expert.

Gentle Spinning (B I)

This Spinning class is custom designed for new cyclists and active older adults to enjoy.  Ride safely and efficiently at YOUR pace with an experienced coach simulating an outdoor bike ride while having fun.
