FAQ’s

1.  Where do I go to login or sign up for Classes?

Go to http://philaymca.org homepage and click on "Enroll for Programs". When the search program screen comes up, click on the LOGIN tab at the top.

2.  How do I sign up?

You must first go to "First Time User" and enter the facility access number (with 12 positions, example 000000075000) and birth date to sign up. After this is done your User Name will be your email address. 

3.  I have forgotten my password what should I do?

At the bottom of the Login page for existing users it says ‘If you forgot your password, click here’ this will ask you for your email address and we will send the password to you!

4.  I cannot login

Please check to see if your facility access number has 12 positions and that your birth date is correct.  If you still cannot sign on, call the branch and ask the member service representative to assist you.

5.  When can program members sign up for classes on the web?

Program members can sign up for classes a week after full members (Fall 1 is 8/25/08)

6. How long do I have to register on-line?

You may register on-line until the day before classes start (Fall 1 is 9/7) then registrations are only taken at the branch.

7.  I cannot locate my class?

Use the keyword search to enter keywords like ‘Dance’ or ‘Pike’. You may also search by the primary category and leave all other choices blanks. Another option is to put in the 5 digit program number from the brochure which usually appears next to the description of the class.

You may also use the advanced search to see what is being offered on days of the week or by time.

8.  What classes are offered at this time?

We are only allowing members to register for Aquatic and Youth Sports classes at this time.

9. Why does the rate say ‘Fee Not Setup’?

This is because your membership needs to be renewed so it is valid for the whole term of the class.  This will have to be done at the branch.

10.  Why is my subsidy not coming up?

Members with subsidies will have to register in person for this session

11.  Can I sign up for a membership?

No, membership must be done in person

12.  Can I sign up for Child Care?

Not at this time.

13.  Can I sign up for summer camp?

Not at this time.
