Empowering Teens: Ignite & Unite Social

Teens!  Come out to make new friends, workout and have a snack with us!  As we kick off our new teen program, Empowering Teens: Ignite and Unite, we’re having a social night.  Join us for a POUND workout at 7:30 pm in Studio A followed by snacks and beverages.  POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-style movements, inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!  Don’t miss out!
